  • Check thermostat for dirt/dust level
  • Check heat anticipator setting
  • Check operating & safety controls
  • Replace/clean furnace filter
  • Check/tighten electrical connections, contactors, relays & belts
  • Lubricate motor bearings according to manufacturers specifications
  • Check blower bearings & pulley alignment
  • Visually inspect blower assembly
  • Check temperature rise & record
  • Check motor amperage & record
  • Check combustion blower & motor bearings
  • Check that condensate line flows freely
  • Check micro-amp signal at primary control
